How do I arrange my FREE 15-minute consultation?
1. Please complete the Contact form.
2. Write FREE 15-minute consultation in the comments section, and request a day and time that would work for you. We are located in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
If your requested time is unavailable, we will provide you with the free consultation appointment closest to your request. We usually respond within 24-hours, and look forward to meeting you!
How do I schedule my Zoom support meetings?
1. Please fill out the Request Appointment form, and select the appointment time you prefer.
2. In the Message box, please write your second choice of appointment time.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. In the event that your desired appointment time is unavailable, you will be provided with the available appointment time closest to your requests. You will receive an email containing your 6 program appointment dates and times. We usually respond within 24-hours.
How do I reschedule an Zoom support appointment?
Please email us, and request a different appointment time or day. We request 24-hours notice to reschedule an appointment.

How do I connect to Zoom for my scheduled support meetings?
- Download the Zoom app from the app store if you plan to use a mobile phone or tablet for your meetings.
- For laptops and desktops, go to zoom.com (Zoom.com) and click on the blue oval bar that says “Sign Up Free”, and follow the directions.
- 5 minutes or more before your scheduled meeting, you will receive a Zoom meeting link via email. Please click on the link, and follow the instructions provided by Zoom.
What is the 1-month Optional Membership Renewal?
Following completion of the 3-month program, members who would prefer to continue receiving Zoom support calls have the option to extend their membership on a month-by-month basis. Two Zoom support meetings will be provided per month.
What happens if I have an important question between my Zoom support meetings?
You are welcome to email us if you have an urgent question, and we will usually respond within 24-hours.
What information should I have available for my first Zoom support meeting?
Please have the following items with you for your first Zoom support meeting:
- list of all current medications and dosages
- list of all nutritional supplements (vitamins, minerals, herbs etc.)
- list of all health conditions
- list of any surgeries and year
- list of any questions
What information should I have available for subsequent Zoom support meetings?
Please have the following items with you for your first Zoom support meeting:
1. list of any medication or nutritional supplement changes
2. list of any health changes
3. list of any questions
Is my personal health information stored online?
No. None of your personal health information is stored online. Details pertaining to your health conditions, medications, supplements, pain level, and changes we discuss will be stored safely on your program member file (paper) to ensure confidentiality.
